Tuesday 19th December

We all love to run and that is why we have joined this great club of like minded people but sometimes, due to injury, illness or loss of mojo, we find it difficult to get out there and do it. We also realise that after a break from coming to Striders for whatever reason, it can be difficult to come back.
We have organised a walk and talk for this Thursday, 7th December in addition to the usual 6:30 social run.
It is being led by the clubs mental health ambassadors Wendy & Sue. Look out for us in the club room in our turquoise t-shirts!
