Haughley Park Cross Country Volunteers
Sunday January 11th
As part of the Suffolk Winter League Cross Country series, Stowmarket Striders will be hosting our race on the morning of Sunday 11th January 2026, at the beautiful Haughley Park.
As always, we can’t host the race without help from our members. So we’re looking for volunteers to help on the day again please. There are various jobs, the majority being marshals around the route, all based within the grounds of the park and woodlands. But we also need help with setting up/clearing down, car parking (this can be done before you race), refreshments, tail running, and the water station at the finish. The races start shortly after 10:30am, and will finish bny 12:15pm.
It is now getting close to the event and we would really like to know that we have the numbers required before we retire for Christmas.
